At GRFA, Zbigniew focuses on energy transition investments and industrial project development. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in energy and manufacturing.
He was CEO of Polish Energy Partners (later Polenergia), where he led Poland’s early offshore wind and biomass initiatives, and later held senior leadership roles at Pfleiderer, one of Europe’s largest wood products companies. Since 2018, he has been CEO and co-founder of Luneos Green Energy, a leading Polish provider of energy transition solutions. He studied at Sciences Po, INSEAD, and Université Paris Dauphine.
