Yuri Kubrushko is Managing Partner of GRFA, leading energy and renewables strategy.
He has more than 25 years of experience in Ukraine’s power sector and internationally.
He co-founded IMEPOWER, advising IFC, EBRD, and the World Bank on investments and policy frameworks, and has been involved in most renewable energy projects in Ukraine financed by IFIs. Yuri also co-founded the Leleka Foundation, which has delivered over $10 million in medical aid to Ukraine since 2022. He holds a PhD in Economics and is a board member of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency.
