Lyudmyla leads legal structuring, compliance, and governance at GRFA, with over 12 years of experience in infrastructure PPPs, transport law, antitrust, GR, and dispute resolution. She previously headed legal practices recognised by Legal500, Chambers, and IFLR1000. She holds a Master of Law with honours from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
