Philipp Grushko is a co-founder of GRFA and SD Capital. At GRFA, he leads business development and investor relations, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in M&A and infrastructure.

At TIS Group, he managed greenfield and M&A projects, including a $1540 million grain terminal in partnership with Cargill, EBRD, and IFC, and co-led exits of major infrastructure assets to DP World and other global strategics, with transactions exceeding $500 million.

Prior to TIS, he worked for over a decade at PwC, KPMG, and Linklaters in Germany, advising on more than 40 M&A transactions with multinational corporates and Tier 1 private equity funds. Philipp is also a co-founder and Development Director of the Superhumans Center. He studied Business Administration and Finance at the University of Regensburg and holds a Master’s in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
