Mike Merkulov is a Founding Partner at GRFA, focusing on real estate and infrastructure origination and asset management.
He was previously CEO of Arricano, a London-listed developer, where he doubled NOI, implemented a $62 million refinancing, and transformed the group into a digital-first property company. Earlier, he managed a $1.5 billion multi-country portfolio at Erste Group. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and is a member of CEO Club Ukraine.
