Konstantin Magaletskyi is Managing Partner of GRFA, where he oversees private equity strategy, portfolio development, and governance. He has over 13 years of private equity experience.

Previously, he was a Partner at Horizon Capital ($1.1 billion AUM), managing investments in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telecom, and other sectors in Ukraine and Moldova, and leading exits to international strategics. Earlier, he held roles at Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, and SAP.

Konstantin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s from Kyiv National Economic University. He is a board member of Endeavor Ukraine and UVCA, and co-founder of SUP, a leading Ukrainian entrepreneurs’ association.
