Maria oversees financial strategy, controls, and reporting at GRFA, building on her dual CFO role at SD Capital and the Superhumans Center. At Superhumans Center, she has served as CFO since inception, where she developed the financial infrastructure from the ground up, establishing systems for donor reporting, compliance, and sustainable growth. At SD Capital, she managed financial operations for a €1 billion infrastructure portfolio and supported exits to DP World and Cargill. Previously, she was CFO at TIS, overseeing IFRS reporting for more than 10 entities, and earlier worked at Deloitte. Maria holds a Master’s in International Economics from Odesa National University and is an ACCA member.
