Andrey Stavnitser is a co-founder of GRFA and SD Capital. At GRFA, he focuses on strategic development, deal origination, and international partnerships. He is also co-owner and CEO of TIS, one of the largest private port operators on the Black Sea, where he has worked since 2001 and served as CEO since 2007. Under his leadership, TIS has expanded into a six-terminal complex with substantial long-term capital investment.

In 2015, during a period of conflict and limited access to financing, he co-led a partnership with Cargill, EBRD, and IFC to develop a $1540 million grain terminal.

Andrey is a co-founder of the Superhumans Center, a charitable initiative providing prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation, and psychological support for civilians affected by the war. Since 2014, he has served as Honorary Consul of Austria in Odesa Region. He studied commerce at Harrow House (UK), international business at the University of Montana (Zug, Switzerland), holds an Executive MBA from HCMS French Institute, and a degree in Management from Odesa National University.
